Define the license if you are using in Build.PL. If you are using MakeMaker (Makefile.PL) you should upgrade to ExtUtils::MakeMaker version 6.31.

no_abstract_stub_in_pod

Modify the stub. You might need to modify other stubs (for name, synopsis, license, etc) as well.
